笑いあり、涙あり（号泣っていうのではなくジーンって感じ）の何だかホンワカ〜とした気分になれる映画です。

男性が女性をおんぶしてるパッケージに魅かれて購入しました。けれど、どこをみても、このようなおんぶのシーンが無いのです。内容自体もそんなに良くなかった。

【Elizabethtown: Not a Bad Way to Spend a Couple of Hours】 Elizabethtown is a movie about death, and life after death. Orlando Bloom stars as Drew Baylor, a designer for Mercury Shoes, an Oregon corporation run by Phil DeVoss (Alec Baldwin). Drew's big project is a shoe called the Spasmodic, one he thinks will be Mercury's next big shoe. It was a big shoe, however, in the way the Edsel was a big car for Ford. Losses on the Spasmodic were nearly $1 billion. This prompts a meeting between Drew and Phil, where Phil explains the loss in terms of humanitarian causes Phil will not fund as a result of this loss leader. Before he can succeed, he gets a call from his sister, Heather (Judy Greer), who tells him their father, Mitch (Tim Devitt), has died while visiting relatives in his native Kentucky. She and their distraught mother, Hollie (Susan Sarandon), need Drew to go to Kentucky to make the funeral arrangements. Flashbacks of Drew as a boy with his dad had me reaching for the tissues. Again, Elizabethtown reminds us to make those wonderful memories, because it is those same memories that will get us through the difficult times ahead. I know it did for me, why I myself remind others to make good memories now, while in the presence. For when the future happens, these memories might be all we have to get us through the difficult times. The story is well told. The acting is superb. The cinematography will have you appreciate this country’s beautiful land and what it offers. And the music at times will have you reminisce about the good old days, yet at the same time keep us focus on where we are and where we might need to go with our own lives. Elizabethtown is one movie worth seeing as it will help make us stop even just for a second to smell the roses, make us aware of what we now have, and make us aware of what we should appreciate despite the busyness in our own lives. ★★★★

シューズのデザインを考える主人公（オーランドブルーム）今まではヒット商品を生み出し続けていた彼。しかし今回は、10億ドルもの大損害を生み出してしまった。人々の「終りね」と言う沢山の視線。シューズのデザインを考えることしか脳がない自分。生きていても仕方ないと、自殺をしようとする。その時、妹から父が亡くなったと訃報を聞かされる。 自殺を止め、父の葬儀準備へと飛行機に乗ると、陽気なキャビンアテンダント（キルスティン・ダンスト）がいた。「ちゃんと家に迎える？」と。 おすぎさんがオススメしたエリザベスタウン。恋愛を純粋にしたいと、思わさせてくれる作品です。映画館で観て忘れられなくて、購入。自殺をしたくなった人が、一人の女性を想い、温かい想いを受ける様は、生きること、愛されること、愛することの大切さを、再確認させてもらいました。

キルスティンと、オーランドのコンビ！！ まちがいないです♪ オシャレでかわいい映画でした！！ ストーリーはなんだか、すっきりしない感じでした。。。 でも、目の保養に！！
